CBaySystems acquires AMSplus.

AMSplus was acquired for a price of 12.5 USD in cash by CBaySystems, another acquisition highlighted this week. AMSplus will be merged to Mirrus Systems (CBay's US-based group company) and is expected to have an expansion in growth and opportunities based on customer base.
